We stopped at 530am. Service was fast at this time but taste like the food had been sitting for a while. I'm sure it was just the for of day but was hoping for a yummy English muffin breakfast.

Ordered three meals around 2:00pm so I was expecting a bit of a wait as there were a few people ahead of me . The female manager noticed I had been waiting for a while and expedited my order for me because it had been forgotten in the shuffle. Excellent service fantastic no nonsense management.! Very happy with the service I received today. Five stars.

Slow service, mediocre food, and the air hockey table eats money. Employees were pleasant and it was fairly clean. The menu is digital and changes faster than I could consider my options. I have no desire to use machine to order my food, but that seemed to be the only way to see a menu, so I just ordered a chicken sandwich that I wasn't that excited about.

unfriendly staff, always screaming at each other. sometimes the girls at the cash taking your order are smacking on their gum.. not professional at all. the bathrooms are disgusting, i wonΓ’β¬β’t even go in. my boyfriend and i went one weekend, we had our food and were already sitting down and the janitor straight up told us to move because he had to clean the floor under the table.. when he could have waited until we were done with our food.

The place is awesome, clean, efficient, with a GREAT play structure for the kids. Unfortunately, the spotless bathroom also had no toilet paper in any stall (8 am Saturday morning), no paper towels and no running water in the sink (but a bottle of hand sanitizer). When my 3 year old has an accident I had to use all of the solid from my baby change bag to get her clean, and could do nothing for the mess she made on the toilet. The restaurant wasn't busy (by McDonald's standards) someone should have been checking the bathrooms.

The billboard on the highway, the hours listed on Google and the drive through signs at the road all say 24h however this only applies to Friday and Saturday. To me this seems like false advertising. Wasted our time getting off the highway at 1115pm only to find the entire place closed.

Run! I have never witnessed such a poorly run restaurant in my life. The woman next to me waited 45 minutes for 2 coffee and a hamburger. Another guy was demanding his money back because he had been there half an hour and had not gotten his order. Meanwhile the drivethru was happily moving along. We got our money back after 45 minutes and left.

Making new staff work on holidays around Xmas to save a penny, received the wrong sandwich and 2 cups of milk, chocolate missing.... At least the cashier, being only 1 week in, was courteous and apologetic.
